-Hart Motor Works LLC stands behind a 90 day Labor Warranty.

-This warranty covers labor only and is subject to the following limitations:

-Parts: Replacement parts carry their own respective manufacturer’s warranties.

Hart Motor Works LLC does not warrant parts supplied by third-party manufacturers, though we will assist in processing manufacturer part warranty claims where applicable. The manufacturer’s warranty does not cover other parts damaged or any other consequential damage as a result of their failure.

-Customer Provided Parts: No warranty (Labor or Parts) is provided for repairs performed using parts supplied by the Customer.

-Misuse & Neglect: Failures caused by vehicle abuse, racing, off-road use, lack of routine maintenance, accident, fire, theft, or unauthorized alteration after picking up from Hart Motor Works LLC are explicitly excluded.  All warranties are immediately rendered null and void if a part is abused in a manner inconsistent with its design and intended purpose, or modified or tampered with by anyone, including the vehicle's owner.

-Unrelated Systems: Failure of components not directly worked on or serviced during the original Repair Order are not covered under this warranty.

-Commercial Use: Vehicles used for commercial transport, rideshare, or fleet purposes are excluded unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.

-There is no reimbursement for towing, rental vehicles, or any other consequential damages.
